Each time a video clip appears in the window, the QuickTime(TM) slider bar appears. This feature allows you to move around freely within a video segment.
* To move forward or backward one frame, click on the step buttons located on the right side of the slider bar.
* To go to a particular place in the video, you can use your mouse to drag the slider icon to the exact place where you want to be or click on a particular spot on the slider bar.
Note: You can turn the QuickTime slider bar off and on and set the volume using the preference buttons under Help & Preferences on the Main Menu.
